Artist Statement
My current project is to make large scale prints that could be used as wallpaper and resemble wood paneling. I am using water formations as shapes to start from. These are lakes, rivers and wetlands areas where I have kayaked. The design will be placed on a silk screen and the silk screen will be repeated to fill large areas and give the feeling of wood panels.

A long term project I am working on is making bookmarks out of my scrap papers. The bookmarks are of a wide variety of subjects including abstract and travel.

I started an idea to make sculptures of water bottles. Some are made with rubber and some are made with sculpted fabric. The intention of these pieces was to make many more bottles and use them in a site specific installation.

I am trying to reuse old prints. One of the ways I do that is making bookmarks. Another way I do that is making new prints over or on the backside of old prints. I also took a variety of old prints and made three unique artist books from them.
