Artist Statement
I am a painter working in Chester, Connecticut. I received a BFA in painting 2007 from the Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts in Old Lyme Connecticut.
My goal is to create images that are grounded in formalism, while subject matter and concept are secondary; however, I understand the importance of both as the catalyst to each composition.
