Artist Statement
I think of the beach as a blank canvas that allows for serendipitous, mundane, beautiful, bizarre and hilarious moments to occur. Fellow beach-goers, sea creatures, boats, seagulls, etc. become the subjects of the photos that tend to wash up in my images like the tide crashing to the shore.
