Visit the hybrid New England Cape / L.A. modern vista and studios of Jessica Stockholder and Patrick Chamberlain to savor a unique blend of Canadian Southwest-inspired cuisine. The couple will prepare a meal made from fresh local ingredients, influenced by the principles espoused by Weston-Price (http://www.westonaprice.org/) and the Nourishing Traditions cookbook by Sally Fallon. The meal will be prepared with organic meat and produce from Connecticut’s Four Mile River Farm. Jessica and Patrick will share their work with you in their studios and give a tour of the house and their intimate art collection. (Hamden, CT)
